Driver of the number 22 Penske Dodge, A.J. Allmendinger has been suspended by NASCAR for failing a drug test given earlier this week. He was replaced at the last minute by Sam Hornish Jr. in the Coke Zero 400 Saturday in Daytona.
Racing in a back up car, Brad Keselowski got his third victory of the 2012 season winning the Quaker State 400 Saturday night in Kentucky. That's his seventh career win in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.
Winning the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Toyota/Save Mart 350 race at Sanoma Sunday afternoon was #15 Clint Bowyer in a Toyota. Tony Stewart finished second, followed by Kurt Busch third both in Chevrolets.
