I for one am glad to see it… Kurt Busch is unemployed! I posted the video of him acting a fool at the season finale in Homestead, and was just disgusted by the way he treated Dr. Jerry Punch. Turns out Roger Penske was pretty upset by it too, and cut Kurt Busch loose after 6 years with the team.
What a race it was in Homestead Florida for the Sprint Cup Championship? Plagued by weather issues, with multiple caution flags, and a red flag for rain, it was between Tony Stewart, and Carl Edwards to battle it out for the Cup.

August 25, 2011 Danica Patrick made it official by announcing that she will be moving to NASCAR full-time in 2012. She ran some Nationwide Series races for JR Motorsports this year. Out of 7 races for Dale Jr. she finished in the top 5 once, and had 3 top ten finishes.
July 11, 2011 So, this was the first NASCAR Sprint Cup Races at Kentucky Speedway. The 1.5 mile track was built 11 years ago with hopes of bringing a top series race, and Saturday night those hopes became reality with the Quaker State 40o, and it's a victory that Kyle Busch won't soon forget.

June 24, 2011 There's a new video on YouTube of a weird motorcycle crash that happened at a race in France. The two riders were fine, but the handlebars on their bikes got hung up on each other, and the bikes spun around in circles on the racetrack.
Maybe it's the NASCAR fan in me, but I also think it's kind of funny how angry the one guy gets at the racer who caused it.

First out of the pits after a stop under caution on Lap 192 of 200, Hamlin held off Matt Kenseth after a restart with five laps left and claimed his first victory of the season in Sunday’s Heluva Good 400 at Michigan.
June 14, 2011 We had a chance to go over to Texas Motor Speedway for the Inaugural Firestone Twin 275's, and had a great time! Fact of business, I could get used to being called "Suite Jeffrey"...(as long as you spelled it correctly.) We spent most of the race in the TMS Total Access Suite.
