New College Construction

A campus celebration and steel signing event occurred yesterday in Texarkana, Arkansas for a new two year college facility. The University of Arkansas Community College in Hope is putting in a satellite campus on East 54^th street. Dignitaries from around the area and the state were on hand for the ceremony including Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe. Officials expect the facility to be finished by the fall of 2012
