Miss Kay’s ‘Duck Dynasty’ Quick Biscuit Recipe

Flickr

Miss Kay Robertson from Duck Dynasty on A&E spends a great deal of time in her kitchen, and from the way her family goes on about her cooking, we just have to try some of her homemade biscuits with this recipe.

Here’s what you will need…

2 Cups of Pioneer Biscuit Mix ( and a little bit more)
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Sprite or 7-Up
1/2 Stick of Butter

What to do…

Using a pastry blender, mix biscuit mix with sour cream and 7-Up or Sprite.
Sprinkle extra mix on Wax Paper and add the dough.
Press down dough and cut out biscuits with a cutter.
Melt butter in an iron skillet, dip biscuits into skillet, and place on baking sheet.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

(You’ll have to find your own wild honey.)
