Lane Closures on Interstate 30 Planned This Week

The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department says to plan on lane closures on Interstate 30 in Texarkana, Arkansas this week.The work will begin Tuesday night April 16th and conclude Friday morning April 19th. The work will take place between the overnight hours of 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., weather permitting.

The area affected will be on Interstate 30 just west of Highway 245 and just east of the Highway 549 Interchange which is currently under construction. The project this week will require the eastbound lanes to be closed Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Westbound lanes will be closed Thursday night. All closures will be for short intervals not to exceed ten minutes.
