In Stuttgart, Germany A janitor has been exposed as a chronic kleptomaniac. He has admitted to swiping more than 25-tons of office equipment. Police filled three trucks with the stolen goods worth about one-third of a million dollars. We're talking staplers, pencil sharpeners, Scotch tape, and boxes of pens, and reams of paper. Beyond that, the elderly maintenance man stole toilet brushes, hand towels, brooms, ladders, and even the trashcans from the office.
