Good Tuesday, Here are some stories making headlines today:

The city prosecutor in Texarkana, Arkansas says Arkansas State Senator Steve Harrelson will not face a criminal charge in connection with a dispute with a man at the home of Harrelson's ex-wife.

Harrelson had faced a possible assault charge for the May 22nd incident in which he allegedly attacked Carey Pessell in home of Lori Harrelson. A Texarkana Police report says Steve Harrelson called 911 on May 22nd and said he had been assaulted by Pessell after taking his 6 year old daughter home following a weekend trip. Pessel, Lori Harrelson, and her brother told authorities that Steve Harrelson was the aggressor.

Fewer people purchased previoulsy occupied homes in May, bringing sales down to their lowest level of the year.

The National Association of Realtors says home sales sank 3.8 % last month to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.81 million homes, the weakest pace since last November.
