Shop, shop, shop. That is what retailers around the area hope you are doing this holiday weekend. The Black Friday Frenzy officially kicks off the Christmas Shopping Season. Retailers are hoping for at least a 3% increase over last year. It’s an important time of the year for businesses that hope to make at least 40% of their annual revenue between now and the end of the year.
A small earthquake has once again struck Central Oklahoma. The 3.7 magnitude tremor struck Thanksgiving Afternoon around 3:11 p.m. about 45 miles east of Oklahoma City.
In Sports: Big Turkey Day for the Cowboys and the Longhorns. Dallas beat Miami on a field goal as time expired to beat the Dolphins 20-19. Meanwhile the Longhorns also got a field goal on the last play to come from behind and beat Texas A&M 27-25.
