How Would You Work Best? Flexible Hours or Shorter Week? [POLL]

If by chance you had the choice, would you rather work with flexible hours or a shorter work week?

A recent survey from PR Newswire shows that a majority of us here in the states at least would prefer to work with flexible hours. Meaning you could set your own time to come in and leave, but you still have to put in those eight hours. Thirty seven percent of those surveyed went for this option. Working from home or working a 4 day work week with 10 hour days tied with 26%.

Personally, I couldn't do the flexible hours. Of course, it would be hard working in radio since I have a certain time that I am on the air.  The real reason for me would be procrastination and I like my weekends way to much. I'd much rather work four days an then have a 3 day weekend. Think of all the things you could do. Weekend road trips, garden, clean house...um, scrap that last one.
