It was red hot racing in Richmond this weekend, starting with fist fights Friday night that landed two RCR Crewmen in jail and Saturday night the victor was Kevin "Happy" Harvick getting his first win of 2013.

This is Kevin Harvick's 20th win of his career and his second at Richmond. Clint Bowyer finished second, Joey Logano third, Juan Pablo Montoya fourth, and Jeff Burton wrapped up a top 5 finish.

Short tracks are known to cause short tempers, and it was evident on Friday night with a dust up between drivers Brian Scott and Nelson Piquet Jr., that started on the track, but ended up in the pits and beyond...

The fighting spilled over into the Motor-coach area and ended with the arrest of two Richard Childress Racing employees. Michael Searce and Thomas Costello, crew members for Scott allegedly caught up to group of people that included Piquet in the coach lot. Both were arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault, and released Saturday morning. Richard Childress released this statement,

Our team members were walking to their cars and words were exchanged with members from another team, which led to an altercation... I am still learning all the exact details and, because it did happen outside of the track, and local authorities became involved. We are working with them to resolve this matter."

Some of the Sprint Cup drivers had a little run in Saturday too. After the final lap of the Toyota Owners 400 Kyle Busch and Tony Stewart had a "discussion" of sorts with Stewart banging up Busch's number 78, after Busch had bumped Tony out of the groove on the final restart sending Stewart from fifth position of finish the race in eighteenth.

Next up it's Talladega! The "Aaron's 499" is Sunday May 5 with coverage on Fox at 11:00 a.m. CDT. The 2012 winner was Brad Keselowski, but Dale Jr. and Greg Biffle could have a shot too. Plus, after Harvick's performance this weekend you may want to keep and eye on him too.

Here are the Sprint Cup point standings going to Talladega for race number 10 of 36...
