If you can’t find your device charger and recently spent time at a hotel in Europe, you might want to give them a call.  A new survey conducted by Choice Hotels Europe finds electronic chargers to be the item most frequently left behind in hotel rooms by guests.  Clothing and shoes were the next two items most frequently left behind, followed by reading materials and eyeglasses.

More unusual items left behind include artificial legs, false eyes and dentures.  Dogs have even been left behind at hotels in the UK, Germany and Italy.

The Choice Hotels Europe survey involved 130 managers and front desk staff at hotels in the UK, France, Italy and Germany.
