FBI Search in New Boston, Texas Possible Cold Case

The FBI is searching an area in New Boston, Texas.

According to NBC 6 News:

Local law enforcement and FBI officials are currently searching a property for the remains of a woman.

New Boston Police confirm to NBC 6 News that they are currently searching on a property north of Interstate 30.

They're on scene at Hadaway Street.

No other details would be released at this time, but Police say that they'd be on-site for most of the day.

According to the Texarkana Gazette, they are searching the area for a woman’s remains.

The woman has been missing for more than 10 years.

The Texarkana Gazette is reporting: The FBI is searching for the remains of La Dana Renee Newton Wiley, who has been missing since New Year's Day 2000.
