Deadline Approaching to Enter Texarkana Mardi Gras Parades

Mardi Gras on Front Street in downtown Texarkana is coming Saturday, March 2. If you are planning on being in any one of the three parades that will be happening now in the time to register because the deadline is this Friday, February 15. 

That's right there will be three parades! The theme this year is Bayou Boogie.

11AM  It's the Barkus, Meoux and Little Rascals - this is a fun little walking parade for kids and pets.

1PM  Get ready for the Zany Cajun Parade - this one is for ATV’s, Side by Sides and Golf Carts.

3pm  It's the big one! The Krewe of Kononia. This is the Grand parade with floats!

You can get your parade entries at www.mardigrastexarkana.com but remember the deadline to enter these parades is this Friday, February 15!
