It's time to Spring into Daylight Savings Time.While the change officially occurs at 2 a.m. Sunday morning, most people simply turn their clocks forward an hour when going to bed Saturday night.

Yes, you lose an hour sleep there, (but the hidden little secret is) if you go to bed an hour earlier than usual, you won't lose anything!!! LOL

The good news for those who like it, you will have an extra hour of daylight in the evenings starting Sunday.

For those who do not like Daylight Savings Time (count me as one of those), standard time will return the first Sunday in November.

Yes, you will then get that hour's sleep back!!!!!
