Is the Dallas Holocaust Museum Center on your radar? It should be.

My husband and I love to travel. We plan an itinerary to visit the historical sites, local restaurants, music venues and other places towns are renowned for whenever we go somewhere new.

Recently I discovered the Dallas Holocaust Museum Center for Education and Tolerance and just had to share it with you. Currently, the center is showing the exhibit, “Seeking Justice: The Leo Frank Case Revisited” now through Dec. 31.

According to the Dallas Morning News, the exhibit

tells the story of Frank, a superintendent in a pencil factory in Atlanta. In 1913, Frank, who was Jewish, was convicted of the murder of 13-year-old Mary Phagan, a worker at the factory.”

All material for the exhibit is on loan from the William Breman Jewish Heritage & Holocaust Museum in Atlanta, Ga.

Mary Pat Higgins, Chief Executive Officer and Museum President says, “the exhibit shows the responsibility of the community and the press to support the justice system.” This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Frank case.
