Could it Snow on Christmas Day?

I'm dreaming of a white christmas, is how the old song goes.But the question is could it actually happen in Texarkana this year? The forecast for Tuesday calls for rain possibly changing to snow Christmas night.

Now we caution you not to get to excited at this point. The forecast computer models that weathermen use to predict these things are not totally in agreement on how much or where it might snow. As usual in winter storm events or non events the forecast may change five or six times between now and next Tuesday.... so stay tuned.

I for one hope it does snow, what a memory that would make for my kids. I've been around for almost 52 years and its never really snowed on Christmas Day. I do remember a big snow we had on my 7th birthday on December 28th of 1967.
