Computer Glitch Gives Airline Pilots Christmas Off Could Cause Chaos For Thousands

Are you planning on flying somewhere this Christmas to see family and friends? Well, get ready because there might be some big problems if you are planning on flying American Airlines.

Computer glitches can happen anywhere but when they affect your vacation or Christmas plans that is not a good thing. Fox8Live is reporting:

affected flights are from Dec. 17 to Dec. 31. American Airlines spokesperson Matt Miller did not give the exact number of flights involved, however, Reuters reported about 15,000 flights could be affected.

“We are working through this to make sure we take care of our pilots and get our customers to where they need to go over the holidays,” Miller said.
