What gets you in the mood to exercise? Great tunes are my favorite way to kick start my workout!

As many of you know, I am training to run the CASA Colorful 5K race this Saturday. I have been training for six weeks now. I am making gradual progress toward running a mile in eight minutes. However, I know I won't make that time for this race but I can run a mile in 12 and a half minutes. I am so proud of myself!!

All I need now is a playlist on my iPod Shuffle totaling 40 minutes so I can continue running the entire 5K race. I hope you enjoy this list as much as I have.
