Citing Mythbusters, DUI Suspect Refuses Breathalyzer Test

A suspected drunk driver who was pulled over in Florida reportedly refused to take a breathalyzer last week, telling cops, "I done seen it on the MythBusters." Still, according to the website TCPalm, 35-year-old Edward Carpenter wasn't swayed: he refused, and cops on the scene relied on his slurred speech, purported smell of booze, and watery eyes as evidence enough to arrest him on suspicion of drunk driving.
