To get you into the holiday spirit, there is nothing better than a Christmas Parade!

There are two in Texarkana that are a must!

The 27th Annual Texarkana Christmas Parade Has been postponed til Thursday December 8th!!!  See you downtown Texarkana starting at 7 p.m.

Then get ready for a different kind of parade that will be held at Lake Wright Patman Saturday December 17. It's the Wright Patman Lake Christmas Boat Parade Celebration!

How cool is that? A parade of boats all lit up!  It will take place from 4 p.m.- 9 p.m. There will be exhibits and booths from local vendors and businesses set up at the Spillway. The parade of boats will start at 8 p.m.

Entry fee to enter the parade is a new unwrapped toy to be donated to Toys For Tots.

Looking for parades in the surrounding areas?

Atlanta's Christmas Parade is Saturday at 2PM.  Santa Claus will be in Veterans Memorial Plaza after the parade to meet children and pose for pictures.

Nashville's Christmas Parade is Saturday afternoon starting at 4:30.

And Ashdown's Christmas Parade is Monday night at 6.
