Last week was cold, really cold. It even got super cold on the Texas coastline. With temperatures that cold, organizations were out trying to save turtles caught in the cold waters off the Texas coast.

A mixed bag of winter weather is predicted for the Texarkana area late Sunday night into Monday, snow is now expected with up to 5 inches in some areas. The cold air mass that will be associated with this Artic blast will drop temperatures way below freezing until Wednesday.
With the falling temperatures expected by Monday and lows in the teens and single digits by Tuesday morning in most of Arkansas that can make for some pretty amazing ice sculptures such as a waterfall.
