Covid cases may be starting to go down a bit in the state of Arkansas but still not down enough to continue with plans for a fundraiser for Kid's College. The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana Foundation made the tough decision to reschedule the 15th Annual Beads, Bags, and Bangles Kids’ College fundraiser due to the number of COVID-19 cases in the area.

Big congratulations to The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana College Relations Department. They won big time at the 9th Annual Education Digital Marketing Awards competition that was recently held in Atlanta, Georgia.

Southern Arkansas University announced late last week there is going to be a new coach in town. Brad Smiley has been named the 21st head coach to the SAU Mulerider Football program and it was put into effect immediately.

The University of Arkansas Hope campus will be offering a forklift certification training class on Saturday, November 20, from 8 AM until 2:30 PM.

Get ready for the 4th Annual Battle of the Bridge football game this Friday night, October 29 as Arkansas High and Hope High School battle it out. The rivalry game will take place at Razorback Stadium in Texarkana, Arkansas.
