The Texarkana Texas Police Department traffic investigators have released a picture of a possible suspect vehicle in Wednesday’s hit and run crash that left Albert Creamer in critical condition at a local hospital.  The vehicle was captured on a nearby video surveillance system.

The Texarkana Texas Police Department is currently investigating a use of force incident by an officer against a 17-year-old man.  Departmental policy requires all use of force incidents be reported and reviewed by department administration.  Following the incident, a complaint alleging excessive force was received from the guardian of the man.

Texarkana Ark Police Will Grant Amnesty Through March 29
Judge Wren Autrey announced earlier this week that the Miller County District Courts, both City and County Divisions in Texarkana, Arkansas will grant Amnesty now through March 29, 2019 for individuals that have outstanding warrants for failure to appear, probation violation, or failure to report. The Amnesty began this past Monday, January 28.
