Brian Goesl Is Thankful For Loving Parents – 28 Days of Thanks
You're probably familiar with Brian Goesl if you've ever been to the Perot Theatre. There he frequently thanks audiences for supporting TRAHC and the arts. But today he is thankful for even more.
I am thankful for the having had loving parents who provided a supportive home for my siblings and myself in all of our educational and career endeavors. Who taught us to treat others equally and to be thankful for our daily blessings. To always try to walk in others' footsteps before passing judgement and to find understanding within ourselves before being so quick to criticise. To look for the best in everyone, even when it is not obvious. They taught us to help others and that through helping others, we will ultimately be helping ourselves in so many positive way.
I am thankful that we live in a country where we are free to voice our opinions and pursue our dreams. I thank God for a wonderful wife and two children who truly care about others, often before themselves. I am thankful that no matter how long I have lived and seen other countries, that I know that this is the ABSOLUTE BEST country to live in and raise a family. This was my winning lottery ticket!"
