Bowie County Investigating Party Barge Theft

The Bowie County Sheriff's Office is investgating  a theft of a party barge from a local Mini-Storage facility.The Bowie County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance in identifying the suspect in a theft from Lakeside Mini Storage on Highway 59 South of Texarkana, TX. During the early morning hours of Saturday December 21, 2013, a white male in a two-tone 4-door single rear-wheeled truck with cab lights and after market wheels forced entry into Lakeside Mini Storage. Once inside, the suspect backed up to a 2013 Sun Tracker 20 foot party barge that had a cover over it and the 60 horse power motor attached to it. The suspect cut the lock off the boat trailer, hooked the trailer up to the truck, and left the business with the boat.
