Bowie County Fire Update

The investigation into last weeks deadly fire at a home on FM 991 continues today. Bowie County authorities say the blaze that completely destroyed the home was deliberately set in an attempt to conceal evidence in the homocide of the three people inside.

Authorities have not said yet what was used to start the fire and what the exact cause of death for a mother and her two children. A suspect has not been named but authorities are asking anyone with information concerning the family and this crime to call the Bowie County Sheriffs office or Texarkana Area Crimestoppers.
