Big Happenings at Arkansas High


Congratulations to these Arkansas High Razorback students who recently excelled in various activities associated with the school.

The Razorback Orchestra traveled to Conway, AR for the All Region Orchestra auditions on September 16. Eighteen students auditioned and thirteen were selected to perform in a concert held at Conway High School. North Heights Junior High students, pictured from the left:  Ethan Miller, Mark Nunez, Aidan Bell and Matthew Self. Arkansas High School students, pictured: Jordan Morrow, Faith Stearns, Christina Cannady, Marco Moya, Isis Guy, James Hodges, Nicholas Smart, Ethan Pyle and Patrick McKerlie.

AHS Senior Andrew Nadeau signed a Letter of Intent for Southern Arkansas University. Band Director JP Wilson presented Andrew with a band scholarship in the amount of $30,000. The AHS Redline recently competed in the Bryant Invitational Dance Competition in Bryant, Arkansas. The team placed 1st in Kick and 3rd in Pom.
