A recently-announced showdown event between the US and Europe will debut Battlefield 4's Second Assault downloadable content on Xbox One.

A press release from EA announced Battlefield 4: Showdown Live Europe vs. USA will be held on Nov. 1 in London, UK. Two 32-player teams will be led by Major Nelson and AceyBongos to see who gets the ultimate Battlefield bragging rights at the multiplayer event.

This Showdown will mark the debut of Battlefield 4's Second Assault expansion pack, which will be available first on the Xbox One when it launches. In case you haven't heard of this fantastic DLC, it features four fan-favorite maps from Battlefield 3, rebuilt with the Frostbite 3 engine. The Second Assault add-on will be available on all platforms eventually, and as part of the Battlefield Premium subscription, but those on Xbox One will experience it first.

You can catch all of the action from the Showdown, streaming from Xbox Live on Nov. 1. Battlefield 4 will be available on Oct. 29 on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It will drop for PlayStation 4 on Nov. 15 and Xbox One on Nov. 22.
