A new study found the average family gets only  three hours and six minutes of quality time together during the work week. Most of that time together is watch T.V. or a movie.

Okay, so my husband and I don't have kids but we do make an effort to have a sit down dinner most days. Growing up in my family we always sat down as a family at the dinner table. I know it's tough to get everyone in-sync for a meal, but when you do...now that turns into quality time quick! If you turn the T.V. off and put the phones down...you'll have an actual conversation!
