I'm a Jennings, La., native who started in radio while in high school in 1995. I got a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting in 2002 – which would have been a brilliant career move if this was 1972. I moved halfway across the nation in a hatchback with a diabetic cat to be in El Paso. I've worked under a variety of different radio names in the last 15 years, probably because I'm also secretly a spy. I once met Laura Bush and took a picture of her hot-pink toenails – true story. I'm pretty much a big ol’ geek (or is it a spaz?), and I'm kinda funny lookin’.

He was one of the NFL's most distinctive coaches, and he was the first New Orleans Saints head coach to last more than two years with the team. Oail Andrew "Bum" Phillips passed away yesterday at the age of 90.
