2013 Brings Strange New State Laws Around The Country [VIDEO]

With the beginning of a new year, comes many new and strange state laws that took effect yesterday across the country.

In Wellington, Kan., the city now will restrict the number of cats in a household to no more than four.

In Illinois if you pop a wheelie on a motorcycle while speeding, it’ll cost you a fine of $1,000!

Concord, Mass., plastic bottles will be considered contraband. Concord will be the first town in the nation to outlaw (single serving) plastic bottles.

If you love to fry food take note! In North Carolina it's a misdemeanor to steal used cooking oil! Oh, and the grease law states, it's a felony if the value of the stolen grease - or the grease plus its container - is worth more than $1,000.
